How to advertise in the Pembury Village News

The Pembury Village News is delivered direct each quarter to households in Pembury, currently over 2,300 addresses.  During December and early January, advertisers and potential advertisers are invited to participate in this locally targeted, quality printed publication. Four issues are produced each year: Spring (March), Summer (June), Autumn (September) and Winter (December). We ask advertisers to take up their advertising for a year (4 issues) starting with the Spring issue with payment being made in advance.


The rates for 2018 are:

Quarter page (horizontal or vertical) £225.00 per annum for 4 editions
Half page £300.00 per annum for 4 editions
Full page (inside) £450.00 per annum for 4 editions
Back page (outside cover) £600.00 per annum for 4 editions

Advertisement copy details

Electronic – We prefer to receive copy in electronic format, as either .jpg or .pdf files. Please note that these universal formats are the only ones we can accept. Please send directly to

Paper – If you are sending in paper copy please ensure that it is clear and printed on a high resolution printer in ‘Best’ quality. If you have a special font style, logo, etc. please provide us with a sharp, clear sample.  Please send to Pembury Parish Council, Parish Office, Lower Green Road, Pembury, Kent TN2 4DZ.

Although we will take every care to reproduce your advertisement as submitted to us, we may for production reasons need to slightly amend it. We will only do this if absolutely necessary. By placing your order with us, you agree to us doing this.

Pembury Village News copy deadlines are: 1 August, 1 November, 1 February and 1 May.
